How to pay
Three ways to settle a term's fees
Whichever you use, quote your child's full name and class as the reference, and always collect a receipt.
Bank transfer
Transfer to the school account and quote your child's full name and class as the reference. Bring or send the transfer advice so we can receipt it the same day.
[Bank name, branch, account name and number — to be supplied]
Mobile Money
MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money are all accepted. Use your child's full name as the reference, and keep the confirmation message until you have a receipt.
[MoMo merchant ID / numbers for MTN, Telecel and AT — to be supplied]
In person at the accounts window
Cash or card at the front office, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. A printed receipt is issued immediately.

Fee policies
When fees are due
In full by the end of the second week of term. The exact date for each term is on the academic calendar and in the term-opening letter.
Paying in instalments
We agree instalment plans with any family who asks, in writing, before the term starts. Come and see the bursar — this is a normal conversation, not an awkward one.
Siblings
A 10% discount on tuition applies to the third and each subsequent child enrolled at the same time.
New pupils joining mid-term
Tuition is charged pro rata by week from the date of admission. The one-off admission fee is charged in full.
Withdrawals
One full term's notice in writing, or one term's fees in lieu. The admission fee is not refundable.
Receipts
Always collect a receipt, whatever the payment method. A transfer without a receipt is not evidence of payment against a pupil's account.
If money is tight this term
Come and see the bursar before the term starts, not after the reminders. We agree instalment plans routinely, and no child is ever sent home from a lesson over fees. Contact the office.
