The Term 1 general meeting of the Parent–Teacher Association. All parents and guardians are members; there is no separate joining process.
On the agenda: the head teacher's report on the BECE 2026 results and the new academic year, the treasurer's report, the bus route review that was carried over from Term 3, and the library appeal.
The agenda and the minutes of the last meeting are circulated by email and on the parent noticeboard one week beforehand. Items for Any Other Business should reach the PTA secretary three days before the meeting.
Children may be left in supervised prep in the Basic 4 block during the meeting at no charge.
