About the role
Mathematics was our weakest core BECE paper in 2026 and we are changing how we teach it — mocks moved earlier, a second weekly prep period for Basic 9, and setting rather than class groups. We want somebody who wants to be part of fixing that.

- Set, invigilate and mark mock examination papers to WAEC standards
- Write individual revision plans for Basic 9 pupils after each mock
- Teach the Saturday revision sessions in Terms 1 and 2
- Contribute to the School-Based Assessment record for every pupil
What we need
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education or a closely related field
- GES registration and a current teaching licence
- At least three years teaching Mathematics at Junior High level
- A track record of BECE preparation
- Willingness to be police-checked and to complete annual child-protection training
Desirable, not essential
- Experience of marking for WAEC
- Experience of teaching in sets
What we offer
- Classes capped at twenty-five
- Free lunch every school day
- Fee remission for your own children at the school
